El objetivo del curso es hacer una introducción al código IMDG (Código Marítimo Internacional de Mercancías Peligrosas), mostrando su origen, estructura y sobre todo, cómo consultar cualquier duda que nos pueda surgir con las cargas de mercancías peligrosas: a qué se considera cantidad limitada y exceptuada, qué es la segregación de mercancías peligrosas en una misma unidad de transporte, qué criterios se siguen para la segregación de mercancías peligrosas a bordo, qué documentación acompaña a un contenedor con mercancía peligrosa, qué hay que entregar al Capitán y por qué, qué etiquetas y marcas ha de llevar un contenedor con estas mercancías.
